Hold regular briefings with supervisors to assess the events and give directives.
Take daily random rounds of the hospital with a view to check on cleanliness, orderliness, and the general standard of the various operational areas.
Follow up on guest complaints, suggestions and comments. To investigate and take follow up action.
Constantly look for ways and means to reduce wastage and costs without sacrificing on quality.
Should ensure effective communication amongst the departments and develop team spirit amongst the employees.
Recommends and new procedures, products and equipment for better efficiency, cost and quality.
Supervise the functioning of OPD billing & Preventive Health Check-up dept.
Coordinate with consultants on all administrative issues. Monitor the attendance of empanelled consultants.
Maintain good relationship with consultants and customers.
To be one point of contact for all reportees on all administrative matters.
Introduce continuous improvements to the customer handling systems.
Follow guidelines involving customer discounts & refunds.
Prepare MIS report for all concerned depts.
Appraise employee performance and facilitate team developmental activities
Enhance team motivation and inculcate positive attitude towards customers and also work towards retention of talents.
Identify and categorize good performers in the depts. and design an employee growth and development plan aligned with the organizational objectives
Provide support to Chief Operating Officer for all administrative functions related to patient flow.
Prepare budget for all respective depts.
Coordinate with all dept. heads (Medical & Non-medical) for smooth flow of patients
To adhere to the group targets in the COO scorecard established by FOS.
