Job Description

PCD Sales Executive/Manager for Pharma Company(Salary upto 25000) 4 Positions

Contacting customers over telephone & emails and : 1) Procuring orders.
2) Preparing Proforma Invoices in excel.
3) Follow up for Payments.
4) Communicating dispatch status to the customers.
4) Solving customer queries.
5) Follow ups with courier agencies and transporters to confirm timely delivery of goods to the clients against their orders.
6) Conversion of leads into sales.
7) Creating weekly MIS and reporting to Management.

For above we require candidates with the following qualities:

a) Should be good in Computer applications (MS Office/e-mail)
b) Should be well conversant in English & Hindi (both speaking & writing) (knowledge of Additional Indian languages preferred)
c) Punctual, Regular & Hard working.
d) Should have a good experience in handling PCD franchises along with a good rapport with PCD Parties
