To meet the admitted Patients regularly, enquire about their problems / complaints and to ensure that patient is being taken care of.
To enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendant comfortable and acquainted to the hospital.
On patients complaints, coordinate with respective HODs and the Floor Manager and also report the same to Incharge PWO.
To prepare list of VIP patient regularly and intimate the same to Top Management
To meet the Patients who are scheduled for discharge and take the feedback and record the same.
