Experience in designing, developing, implementing interfaces, extensions and reports in Oracle EBS 11i and R12.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle Apps modules like Financials/ SCM/ Manufacturing/ HRMS/ CRM.
Strong experience in developing and implementing in RICE components
Solid working knowledge of software development life cycles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS 10g, XML Publisher
Performance tuning expertise in an Oracle Applications Environment is required
Experience in customizing OA Framework applications/ADF, AME, Shell Scripting, Discoverer reports.
Must have ability to troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues, should have experience in working with Oracle Support (Metalink)
Knowledge of Java, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Application and other Cloud Applications is a plus.
Exposure to working in SaaS and PaaS based application is a plus.
Understanding of all key ITIL processes is a plus
Ability to clearly communicate with team members on issues, status and design ideas throughout the project
Ability to work closely with functional business delivery team to design and development optimum solutions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management.
