Orient, teach and educate fresh workers, explain them with their precise responsibilities, talk in clear terms what is projected from them, and set up them to the institution’s dream and mission declaration.
Run payroll and make sure correct, timely and well-organized sharing of salaries.
In Real Estate Making NOC/Allotment/BOR, Registry, Mutation
Handling the all over Branch level operational activities and Coordinating with Head Office.

Carry out assessment and valuation on a continuous basis concerning the presentation of the staff and Social network in the process of promotion.
