Job Description

1.Candidate needs to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set
2.Understanding the clients real requirements-Assignment/Report making
3.Spotting problems early and getting real feedback
4.Work together to create excellent briefs and inspire great work
5.Demonstrate and sell expertise appropriately
6.Be proactive about difficult or challenging conversations, and ensure that outcomes resolve and improve business issues
7.Getting it right from day one the rules of engagement for a long and productive relationship
8.Ensure the service delivers on its promises for both parties
9.Expert Handy in mailing & responding
10.Allocation to team & handling must be proficient
11.Database management
12. Calling to Clients
13.Handling Overall Client End Operations(No f2f meeting with clients)

Requirements

1.Min. Graduate(regular) with 80% agg.
2.Good in English , Hindi and Punjabi is must
3.Exp-upto 1-1..5yrs preffered in Client Handling/Backend Operations
4.Preferred Exp in BPO/Inbound Calling
5. Only Male
6. Preferred Location- Gurgaon Only
7. Office Timings- 10am to 6pm(Available for Flexible timings)
8.Saturdays -Work from Home
