Job Description

• Leading role in supervising, hiring and training team consistes of 8 to 10 employees.
• Monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness; and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Manage and guide team in a way that team should look on to him/her for query solving, support, guidance and query resolution.
• Responsible for smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
• Well versed with recent changes and amendments in respective field.


• Required a CA/CS for the post of Operations Manager
• Should carry 2-3 years of post qualification experience and 1-2 years of team handling experience.
• Some experience of Client Handling is preferable.
• Sound communication skills – oral and written
• He/She should have good communication skills, good drafting skills and convincing power.
