  • Achieve the top line and gross profit targets assigned on a periodical basis
  • Increase the client base of the company by generating new opportunities
  • At all times ensure a warm pipeline and sales funnel of opportunities
  • Develop long term relationship with clients and ensure optimum satisfaction levels
  • Be the front end of the organization and act as a point of contact for clients & prospects
  • Assist the company in identifying and forecasting sales volumes and cash flow
  • vii. Sending periodical reports to the management/reporting officers without fail
  • viii. Generate sales leads from various sources like mass media, industry references, existing clientele, trade fairs, events etc
  • Channelize the leads assigned by the Marketing team and principal companies in order to bring closure of sales
  • Engaging with the prospect through cold calls, social media, personal visits etc
  • Understanding the pain areas of the prospect and propose technical solution to address such issues
  • Pitching the product or technical solution to the prospect
  • Coordinating with Support team to arrange product demo for the prospect
  • Compiling and sending proposals, quotations and bids to the prospect
  • Engaging in discussions and negotiations with the prospect to result in sales closure
  • Ensure timely release of Purchase order and other documentation from the prospect
  • Compile necessary documents for InterCAD Order Process (INOP) team to ensure smooth order processing
  • Close coordination with INOP, Support, Marketing, Finance and Accounts teams
  • . Guarantee timely receipt of payments from clients within the credit period extended
  • Follow up to realize pending payments from past and existing clients
  • Ensure quality after sales support to the client by coordinating with Support team
  • Cross selling/Up selling of products to existing clients
  • Partake in promotional campaigns like CSF/MDF/FDP/EDM etc
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, boot camps etc
  • Periodically update product knowledge and comply with the certification/credit point requirements as solicited by the HR department
  • Any other job which may be assigned to you by the reporting officers / management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any graduate
  • Should have excellent command in english
  • prefer male candidates
  • must possess owned two wheeler and license
  • should be willing to travel and meet people
  • should have atleast 2 years of sales experience
