Office Executive



Job Description

• Co-ordination between Sales Team and Operations and ensure regular billing and dispatch of goods
• Coordinating with 3rd party logistics and external providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Route calls to specific people
• Maintaining records of Invoicing, payments, outstanding & Audit services.
• Maintenance of Sales and Stock Registers
• Collection, checking and filing of Sales Reports from the team on the regular basis
• Follow-up on Outstanding Payments
• Maintaining Stock levels
• Coordinating with Vendors to ensure replenishment & timely deliveries
• Maintenance of records with respect to inventory
• Handling returns; maintaining the register of spoiled goods
• Inventory management of Marketing collaterals
• Regular follow-ups on orders processed till sales closure
• Adhere to ERP process created
• Good communication skill to handle calls and emails
• Multi-tasking & knowledge of MS Office (especially spreadsheets) is required
• Self-motivated, result driven and hardworking individuals will be preferred.


Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills
Tally knowledge will be preferred
