Purpose of the Job
Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

Coordination and Ensure timely services are provided to internal customers related to car & Hotel bookings
Key Authorities
Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications.

Performance Dimensions and Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Handling Office Petty Cash.
Hotel Room booking, car booking. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Support for Travel arrangements

Qualifications/ Certifications
Any Graduate - Any Specialization with proven working experience in similar role.

Knowledge, Technical Skills and Nature of Experience
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
