Profile requirement:
We are looking out for dynamic professional with a rich experience of Analytical instruments in domestic business at the level of a Sales Head/Country Sales Manager/Business Manager /Zonal Managers & Sales Managers.

Strategic Planning
Establish corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
Actively involved in business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential and business opportunities.
Establish plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans.

Sales & Marketing
Managing the sales personnel , promoting our products and accountable for achieving business goals and increased sales growth .
Keeping a check on the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies.
Guiding and mentoring team in handling the business network and maintain business.
Rolling out strategies to the sales team, in the strategy business meeting and ensure implementation.
Monthly sales data preparation and analysis, including preparation and presentation of different versions of Reports.
Conducting sales review meet.
Imparting support to the sales team by motivating and driving them to achieve pre planned business targets.
Training and Coaching sales team for customer handling.

Research & Development

For three decades HANNA® has prided itself in being one of the world's leaders in innovation of analytical instrumentation. Headed by our team in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, HANNA®'s Research & Development teams constantly challenge themselves to improve on existing technology and to invent new testing techniques with the common goal to simplify analytical testing. This applies not only to instrumentation, but also to sensors development, reagents and chemicals. In1985, Hanna was first to introduce to a pH electrode with a built in temperature sensor (HI1217S) which became world wide and commonly used throughout the market. The idea of waterproof portable instruments to be used in harsh environments also was launched by HANNA® in 1990 (HI9025). The concept of giving users the possibility to check the accuracy of their digital thermometer (Checktemp) was introduced to the market by HANNA®in 1995 and is still unique today. Another exclusive technology to HANNA is simultaneous testing for pH and EC with a single instrument which was first introduced in 2000
