National Credit Manager - Affordable Housing loan

Job Description

Oversee the underwriting of the loans for Pan-India
Review the underwriting process at Pan-India region and define processes as per available
Credit decision on affordable housing loans and mortgage loan cases based on policies, processes and merits
of the case for limits beyond regional credit manager(RCM) level.
Evolve credit appraisal methods for conducting PD based income appraisal for undocumented income customer segment.
Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement and technology adoption for risk management, reporting and operations management.
Evaluate and approve regional level underwriting norms as proposed by regional teams/ product teams.
Oversee Identification and resolution of fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process
Oversee Pan-India external agents for verification process: Fraud investigation,
Legal verification and technical evaluation
Resource planning and management at Pan-India level for smooth running of operations

Job Responsibilities :

Portfolio quality for Pan-India
Control and resolution of all loan delinquencies
Best in class Lead Turnaround time and processes
Creation and management of Pan-India underwriting and collateral policies.
Recruitment and people management for Pan-India
