Requirement for client advisors to understand the financial need of the client and offer him appropriate solution through introduction of a financial product. This is a sales role, where the advisor has to connect with the clients over the phone (client meetings in person not required).
The role requires the candidate to be proficient in capital or financial markets. NISM Certifications in mandatory.
To profile the client, ensure engagement with the clients mapped, offer need based financial solutions, grow AuM at individual level.
Activate client by offering him product based solution.
Increase product depth by up sell and cross sell.
Ensure the clients assigned/ managed are kept engaged (touch base with every client once a quarter at least).
Co-ordinate with back end teams in case of resolution of client issues.
Client focused and superior communication skills.
Basic understanding of financial industry (mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc )
Knowing multiple languages will be an added benefit.
Should be comfortable calling customers outbound and execute trades on their behalf.
