• Requirement for a Dynamics CRM Developer to develop and maintain internal system.
• Will have to work with a Dynamics CRM support organisation who supports our internal system to further develop and support the organisation.
• Must be flexible to take on other Account Management responsibilities
• Must have an understanding to on MS SharePoint.
• 1-2 year of MS Dynamics CRM Development experience.
• Experience in implementing MS Dynamics based CRM 201x solutions at least 1 implementation
• Must have expertise with MS .NET
• Some Experienced in MS-SQL database SQLs and programming
• MS Dynamics certification added advantage
• MS .NET certification added advantage
• Exposure to SharePoint an added advantage.
• Experience in delivering CRM solutions
• Understanding of at least two of the MS Dynamics Modules - Customer Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service Request Management, etc.
• Ability to work alone with support from a development agency.
• Must be very disciplined in reporting progress
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Identifies the key issues in situations, analyses the data, recognizes the root cause of problems and generates successful solutions
