***Vacancy Of "Executive Chef" immediately*****

Experience : At least 1-2 Years of Experience as Executive Chef

Job Profile:

a. Supervising the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs to ensure maximum food and beverage departmental profit is achieved

b. Controlling and analyzing, on an-on going basis, the following:
-Quality levels of production and presentation
-Guest Satisfaction
-Merchandising and Marketing
-Operating /Payroll/ Food Costs
-Cleanliness, Sanitation, Hygiene
Ensuring optimum performance in all of the above areas as assigned

c. Production, preparation and presentation of all food items ensuring highest quality at all times

d. Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations

e. Conducting function like hiring specific levels of employees, employee orientation, coaching, and suspension if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity

f. Conducting formal and on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees

g. Preparation of menus and anticipation of the pricing policy in consultation with the Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager and Banquet Manager, by taking into consideration the following :
-Local Requirements.
-Market Needs
-Competition
-Trends
-Recipes
-Potential Costs
-Availability of food and beverage products
-Merchandising and Promotion

h. As and when directed by management involve in training/ teaching activities of our hospitality training institutes

i. Completion of market lists in accordance with the Corporate quality and quantity standards, Checks perishable food items received for quantity and quality standards

j. Informing on a daily basis the Director of Food Production & Culinary Arts of all relevant information in operational and personal matters, including information which does not require Director of Food Production & Culinary Arts’ action

k. Inspection of physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and equipments

l. Assuming the responsibilities of the Director of Food Production & Culinary Artsin his/her absence

m. Performing related duties and special projects as assigned



Salary: upto INR 40,000/- p.m.

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
