Selection acquisition is a high focus charter for our company, formed with the intention to bridge critical selection gap through seller acquisition & re-evaluation of legacy processes to remove blockers in listing selection.
As a Program Manager for Selection Central Process, the candidate will handle critical cross-functional charters and drive them to closure. The candidate will be expected to work with internal & external stakeholders.
-Work with business teams to identify critical selection gaps. Put together a plan of action by finalising targets and collaborating with internal teams to drive progress. Communicate impact to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
-Collaborate with seller marketing team to create and roll out selection acquisition marketing campaigns on a regular basis. Drive campaign efficiency and own metrics around it. Work with finance and other cross functional teams including legal, product to create high impact selection incentive plans
-Work very closely with central analytics to publish Selection specific insights for all weekly/monthly reviews.
-Work with product teams on high impact projects meant to facilitate the listing process. Own them end to end in terms of writing product note, designing process flows and driving implementation. Manage the business side of it by handling & driving results through external agencies.
This position is based out of Bangalore.
-MBA from tier-1 college.
-More than 2+ years of experience in consulting, process excellence roles. Prior experience in e-commerce & start-ups preferred
-Should be able to manage and get work done through large teams while ensuring optimum output -Should be high on ownership & bias for action
-Should be very comfortable with ambiguity and take decisions on the back of inconclusive or limited data
-Should be very proficient in excel and analytical skills
-Must be very metrics driven
-Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
