Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer related marketing initiatives across PAN India for B2B, Client serving, direct sales, client relationship
To be responsible for marketing investment ROI in the assigned market place (marketing analytics)
To suggest reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets
To plan and execute cost-effective and productive sales trips into your assigned cluster/territory, to improve and increase our penetration of that market
To accurately report the month-end, year-to date centre to key stakeholders, for revenue increasing opportunities and possible action plans
Monitoring and mapping competitors strategy across pan India
Develop & maintain a business, sales and marketing plan with the help of sales team
Learning technical aspects of our product line & offering suitable solutions to retain key clients
Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention
Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & other teams
