* Lead the HARMAN SBU Marketing Function
* Create 360 degree marketing plans for all major new product and service launchs
* Work with the business unit heads to understand their markets, core focus areas and key priorities. Create dedicated marekting plans to support their growth
* Lead the specific SBU involvement in both Harman and Connected Service trade shows
* Identify key market trends and related messaging areas that HARMAN should own
* Dirive the creation and execution of out-reach campaigns working with the digitial marketing team.
* Challege the way we do things - bring new creative ideas to the marketing function.
* 10 Years of experience in working in marketing roles
* Ability to lead a team
* Excellent spoken and written skills
* Strategic thinking
