Job Description

Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce)
Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
Familiarity with Marketing Automation software (e.g. Marketo) & Content Management System software (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
Ability to be creative and resourceful
Moderate analysis skills in Excel including pivot tables, advanced filtering and conditional Formatting & Proficiency with data visualization tools (E.g. Domo)
Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
