Job Description

To built and nurture a close relationship with architects, builders and contractors in order to handle their all building & infra projects in assigned region to specify and place the Products.
Responsible of Handling Indias major Key Accounts in Builders,Developers, EPC Contractors, Interiors Contractors, BTOP Projects and achieving the sales revenue, collections, inventory, sales forecast, etc., through them for majority for waterproofing jobs and ancillary/ trading products.
To develop and maintain a successful business relationships with all builders even after post completion of work.
Managing industrial key accounts.
Dealing with them and building relationship at various levels such as user team, project team , Purchase, accounts, top management. To remain with customer right from inception of solution to handover and handover with satisfaction.
Looking key accounts as part of company and support to them to that extent.
To promote entire range of products such as waterproofing solutions, construction chemical, external wall paints to the target customers as well as in new projects in the territory.
Creation of Proposals along with Applicators for work contracts and following up for the execution, sales close, collections and providing post sales activities.
