Job Description in brief:
Recruit Agency Partners (distributors)
Manage the APs and make them recruit their team of advisors and coach them to grow their business and team so that they can achieve their promotions
Coach and train the APs and their team and help them activate the advisors on a regular basis
Responsible for driving the APs and the team of advisors to achieve their targets with the help of Goal setting, income planning and follow ups.
Suited for Insurance managers, Sales/relationship managers, territory managers etc. from Insurance, FMCG, Telecom and Pharma domains.
Convincing & Influencing skills
Minm 3 yrs of on roll sales experience either in FMCG, Telecom, Pharma or Insurance
Graduation is a must
Age should be more than 25 yrs and less than 45 yrs
Candidate should have spent considerable time working in North East market.
