Manager, Transaction Management
The role shall entail full responsibility of delivering seamless transactions, with the right quality, timeliness & risk-mitigation. Such transaction delivery platform shall include following set of responsibilities -
A. Managing Stakeholders relationships, both in MS as well as xxx.
B. Executing & improving the transaction process and compliance frame work.
C. Coordination and review of appropriate lease / contract related documents.
D. Ensuring accurate an timely reporting of requisite data, of transactions and portfolio.
E. Developing marketing collateral and drive RFP responses for new clients.
F. Collate best practices and funnel them towards developing TM's unique value proposition. Along with transaction platform, the role will have responsibility for providing advisory driven support to the develop new accounts as well. This will include, though not limited to, the following -
1. Provide portfolio and space optimization strategies to MS' country based teams.
2. Update MS on RE market (e.g. supply-demand) changes impacting its portfolio.
3. Highlighting benchmarking analysis for the whole team that could impact client's risk profile.
4. Analyze and implement (selectively) technology automation for portfolio performance.
Apart from the above two platform's delivery, the position will also deliver on TM team related goals aimed at improving the positioning of the TM role within and outside of xxx. The role has to also drive consistency of MS account with other accounts/region, and adopt 'best practices' to be able to provide regular proactive client satisfaction.
The position will provide leadership to effectively deliver transcations for Morgan Stanley (MS) Real Estate office portfolio in India. The resource will work along with the MS' Corporate Real Estate (CRE) leaders in India. As a partially (50%) dedicated resource to MS, this position will aim to manage not just the life cycle of the transactions, but also risk-manage the complete RE portfolio. The other 50% of the time of this resource will be invested in creating /developing new business/ revenue opportunities for TM at a Pan-India level.
