Job Description

Regional Manager to handle service operations of North India maintaining high excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction. You should have sufficient experience and capabilities to work in a highly demanding set up, Maintain Recruit Train and Develop a dedicated team and partners to effect good services to customers in terms of response time, mandatory services, quality of service job, complaint management and escalation. Would require coordination among various stakeholders including partners and franchisees to deliver customer service. Should have excellent talent in tracking, man management and team development. You will be evaluated on maintaining vibrancy and motivation among the team to perform and grow. As an important resource for customer service, you display results orientation that leads to revenue generation and a level of sophistication in dealing with customers to build trust.
