This profile demands a mixed skill set of an Account Manager & new business development
The candidate will be responsible for :
Account Management -
Own and lead revenue and relationship with key accounts
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets from key accounts
Creating Presentations, Proposals Response to EOI's, RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's
Working closely with Presales team, suggest and validate solution aligned with Account's business objectives. Internal negotiations
Negotiation and Closure - throuh appropriately handling client queries and closing the deal
Maintain relationship with the client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities
Lead generation through account mining
Account business understanding - Identify RPCs, Pitching new concepts ideas solutions to them
Invoices and fiscal management
In-person visits to key locations to strategic accounts.
Planning and Execution -
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self/team.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Track and record activity on various prospects submit daily/weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Maintain and adhere to internal processes/systems at the organisation.
