Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager HR Operations

Reporting To : Head HR Shared Services

Location : Thane

Experience : 6-10 yrs

Job Purpose:
Lead and manage end-to-end employee life cycle transactions which includes On-Boarding to Off-Boarding process to deliver best in class employee experience. Manage HR Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads HR operations/shared services and HR Analytics
Identifies customer impacting issues, work out and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate. Participates in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency. Understand and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
Investigates discrepancies, finding and implementing solutions
Responds to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendation. Develops remediation plan and drives to resolution with minimal guidance from Manager
Lead and develop Associates and Specialists; responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team and manage the team and ensure high service delivery and execution
Ensure smooth and seamless delivery of all HR Operations processes
Digitization of employee files ? Initiate and maintain
Adhere to HR statutory compliance
Oversee End to End HR operations internal and external audits
Be escalation contact for all employee operational queries and grievances
Generating various data cuts, reports and analytics for HR and for business review.
Submit monthly, quarterly, annual reports related to headcount, cost, and attrition.
Manage annual budget exercise and its monthly monitoring
Partner with the technology and BHR team for digitization of various HR Operations processes.

Qualification: PG/MBA HR


Required Skills and abilities :
Good systems knowledge. Experience in one or more of following systems - PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Success Factors or other HR management and Payroll systems.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong judgment and instincts. Ability to manage escalations to resolution
Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to audit self and others for a very high level of accuracy
Ability to develop internal and external facing analytics to drive change within the organization and support departmental goals
