- Responsible to drive revenue from the existing base for the TRS network
- Drive Tailoring Conversion and revenue for the Company Owned stores
- Improve in enrolment efficiency at the stores and 100% coverage of Loyalty program for the network
- Liaise with TRS operation & Cross functional team to drive channel goals
- Responsible managing multiple partners, including training, coaching, monitoring, and build relationships with key stake holders
- Create & implement Channel campaign Calendar and drive Local store activation to improve Loyalty KPIs
- Drive category growth and category penetration within the network
8 to 10 years of experience
- Strong collaborating and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic & complex environment
- High level of strategic thinking and business acumen with a strong result oriented approach. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thought process.
