Drive various Improvement initiatives within the account for operational excellence
- Analyze KPI/SLA reports and identify pain areas/areas for improvement based on industry best practices
- Prepare/Update Process Maps, LLWIs, SOP for various process areas and automations being done in the account
- Identify automation/improvement opportunities within the operations
- Lead Improvement program in managed services operations by deploying different improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma
- Perform cost benefit analysis of Automation/improvement opportunities and present to senior management and leads for sign off
- Provide support to operations team in preparing client data/reports/presentations for senior management of TCTS & Client
- Interact with onshore teams for any process changes/system changes that need to be done for the operational improvements
- Interact with IT teams to manage the system/tool requirements of offshore/onshore teams
- Create case studies of key deliverables
