Identifying potential clients in specified industries (FMCG & Consumer Durables).
Working with targeted clients through the sales funnel (cold calling/in-mails through deal closure), aiding their decision making process all through.
o Meeting key Supply Chain Executives in FMCG/Consumer Durable space and understanding their requirement. Understanding the key stakeholders in the decision making process. Pitch to clients about H&S and its services.
o Setting up and participating in meetings among senior management teams of target clients and company.
o Work in tandem with Operations team to work on costing and price proposal.
Proposing potential business deals by exploring opportunities to upsell/cross-sell with existing clients.
Updatingtechnical knowledge by participating in SCM opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the management team.
Exercising proactive solution development by creating and maintaining a client lifecycle program for top clients.
Analysing the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining dynamic and active presence for the company on social media platforms (LinkedIn & Blogs)
Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, developing deliverables, coordinating implementation, creating and adding to existing marketing materials where appropriate.
Travelling to and attends trade shows as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes, with background in B2B selling (preferably in logistics/SCM domain)
