Manager / Senior Manager -digital Marketing (consumer Experience)
To ideate, design and execute the marketing research initiatives for the company. Researches for consumers, agents, product insights, etc to be conducted.
Liaising with the marketing research agencies as well as finding out new agencies/vendors who can support the organization
Conduct segmentation & continuously analyzing the consumer data base to arrive at trends and insights
Working with various stakeholder to implement the improvement plans which will typically involve cross functional teams
Own the customer journey i.e. be responsible for driving customer satisfaction
Track the competition activity in this space and implement best practices.
Candidate Requirement :-
Qualification :- MBA (Preferably Marketing) or Masters with a leading institute.
Experience :- 7 to 8 years experience with 2 to 3 years experience in research and analysis or strategy
