Job Description

Identify relevant contacts at a target organization and to establish first contact; Pitch G-Cube Services and Products - initial brief on the offering and fixing-up presentations
Understanding Client Business/Requirements; Need Generation
Plan approaches and pitches - Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the clients needs and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service for self and team
Creating Presentations, Proposals Response to EOI's, RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's
Negotiation and Closure - through appropriately handling client queries and closing the deal
Contract review with potential new clients
Planning and Execution -
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Study various global markets and execute the planned outreach campaigns. This would also entail working in different shifts as per the requirement of the campaign.
Execution/Control/Reporting -
Track and record activity on various prospects submit daily/weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Maintain and adhere to internal processes/systems at the organization.
Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquettes (V-Imp)
Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have ability to initiate engaging discussions (V-Imp)
Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.(V-Imp)
Basics of Internet Browsing and Social Networking. (V-Imp)
Sales Planning (V-Imp)
Public Speaking
Understanding training requirements/modalities.
Learning / Training Management Systems
Understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software products/solutions
