- Plan and adhere to monthly and annual sales area wise / model wise

- Network development i.e. to focus on appointment of new dealers and expand secondary network

- Identify gaps (Dealer wise commitment vs. plan) and decide action plan with credit discipline

- To work on optimum inventory management both at dealerships and depots

- Implement effective sales promotion activities and ensure required efforts from network for compliance of targets assigned

- Responsible to ensure that the entire sales cycle is adhered to at the channel partner (Dealer or Secondary Network).

- Competition Mapping and follow-up of primary and secondary network

- Improve retails strategies / enhance relations with financers

- Establishing solid, positive, and productive work environment

- To ensure customer satisfaction goals (Internal / external)

- Planning successful marketing and advertising strategies

Keyskills :

Selling of Two wheeler, Sales prediction, marketing strategy, market creation, Competition Mapping

Experience- 4-6 years

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
