Experience: 8+ years
Qualification: Masters qualified in HR or equivalent
Nature of experience:
The person should have experience of frontline hiring across an assigned geography. Should have worked on manpower planning, budgeting in close alignment with the business needs present and future and its rollout across the geography assigned.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Manpower planning and budgeting
Meeting volume hiring targets within stipulated timelines
Attrition analysis and building pipeline through reliable sources on ongoing basis
Constantly developing and building alternate sources of hiring
