Job Description

The role of the Manager (MIS/WFM) is to support the information systems of the Organization.

Manager (MIS/WFM) - job duties and responsibilities:

Manages the MIS & WFM team, to ensure successful delivery of all campaigns.

Assists Operations Management by building, Appending and providing data for their campaigns, when required.

Responsible for providing productivity reports, Campaign Tracking, Adherence, and Shrinkage reports to leadership, when required.

Managing critical deliveries for the company, and Client accounts.

Assist the Operations department with the monthly incentive reports for Management and RAs.

Responsible for sending out daily delivery trackers for each account, to ensure that every campaign owner is aware of the delivery status for their campaigns.

Complete allocation variance vs. Delivered reports on a daily basis.

Managing the company data base, building additional tools to ensure the data is well organized, in regards to the Operations department.

Regular meetings with the Operations leadership, and Quality Assurance leadership to discuss any issues or challenges they may be experiencing with the MIS team. As well as coming up with solutions to solve any such issues or challenges.

Ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain security of the systems.


Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Applications or management information systems

Strong programming background

Proficiency with working with all types of operating systems, such as Android, Microsoft, Linux, Unix, DOS, etc.

Experience in managing information systems projects.
