A) Deliver Joint Marketing Template, in line with business priorities, before the planning period.
B) Validating and consolidation of JMPs in one master worksheet.
C) Assisting OEM's partner marketing manager to edit, approve plan followed by budget allocation
D) Upload all plans in the sharePoint portal.
E) Collaborate with internal OEM sales operations back end team to upload budgets for every partner. Liaison for ongoing issues related to activities and claims
F) Communicating to partners on the approved budget for the respective half and ensuring activities are uploaded in SFDC within turnaround time of 3 days
G) Manage KPIs with respect to Marketing generated opportunities and Marketing generated opportunities won.
H) Working closely with Marketing Services Agency (MSA) to upload activities, allocate budget, leads management in SFDC
I) Partnering with internal OEM operations team on campaigns lead management. Address any ongoing issues related to leads for each partner
J) Liaising with partner organization representative to extend support for all operational related issues
K) Communicate critical deadlines to partner SPOCs related to activity and claims upload
L) Understand OEM guidelines, especially TRAX platform, enabling MSA to upload activity correctly
M) Hands down understand of SFDC, Xl, Macros, Pivot. Job responsibility requires strict discipline to work between various xl enabled with macros.
A) BA/BS in related field.
B) 4+ years of experience in program management. Out of which 2 years in managing backend for channel programs for any OEM.
