Implementing and Leading TPM activity to improve health of Machine , Zero : BAD
Target : Zero Break Down , Zero Accident , Zero Defect
Planned and Break Down Maintenance of SPMs , Grinding machines , Stamping , Hardening, Coating Line with PLC and SCADA controls.
Planned and Break Down Maintenance of Utilities such as Air Compressor , Chiller, LPG Storage facility , Nitrogen Storage Facility, DG set , HT and LT supply peripherals.
Monitoring of measures such as MTBF , MTTR, Break down time and analysis of the down time using tools Why- Why analysis etc.
Monitoring of Energy consumption for Electrical energy , LPG etc.
Implementing Kiazens in the areas of Energy conservation, cycle time improvement , POKAYOKE etc.
Installation of new plant and machinery and modification in existing process as required by production.
Legal compliance related to Electrical Inspection, MPCB consent, Factory Inspector etc.
Analysis of Skills of Maintenance personnel and identification of training needs and imparting in-house training.
Spares Part Management, replenishment and development of spares in India for Import substitute.
PLC hand on experience AB, Siemens, Backhoff .
Execution of mechanical maintenance as per plan and in alignment with standards of TPM .
Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares.
Maintenance engineer will be responsible for planning, predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance schedules of machines and responsible for Shop floor as well as utility Equipments.
Hand on experience in PLC
Proactively identify areas of obstruction, defects and conducting root cause analysis, failure mode and effect analysis to rectify the equipments
Hands on experience of Preventive Maintenance, Productive Maintenance and Maintenance prevention concepts implementation.
Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance ( Jishu Hozen) . Promotion & implementation of Jishu Hozen in the organization, experience is desirable.
Should have maintenance knowledge of the lab & Testing equipments.
Responsible for continuous on job training to the team for enhancing their productivity.
Inventory of critical machines spares, power consumption, fuel consumption and compressor volume efficiency
