Personality Traits:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build, lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing long-term strategies and plans
Proven ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
Excellent influencing, consensus-building, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to initiate and drive innovative/breakthrough strategies and tactics that generate revenue and share gains
Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs/timelines and complete quality assignments on time

Professional Traits:
1. Responsible for direct & channel sales of Residential projects from Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai to corporate clients & in International markets.
2. Hands on experience in selling Residential projects across South India to NRI clients and in international market.
3. Should be creative in sales & marketing as per customer requirement.
4. Well versed with competitor knowledge & marketing intelligence.
5. Should have proficiency in handling south India marketing.
6. Willing to travel extensively in India & Abroad
