Â· Handling the complete IR functions in Plant

Â· Looking after training and Development
Â· Implementing various Labour welfare scheme
Â· Personnel department including monitoring of functions of Staff working in personnel / Time Office.
Â· To deal with all disciplinary matters.
Â· To attend and resolve day-to-day grievances of employees.
Â· To attend conciliation meetings, Labour court cases etc.
Â· To meet and liaise with govt. authorities / advocates from time to time as per the need of the work.
Â· To ensure implementation of company's personnel policies in an effective manner.
Â· Dealing with Workman representatives/ Unions.
Â· To maintain smooth and cordial Industrial relations.
Â· Coordination with all the departments and providing assistance regarding matter pertaining to labour related and administrative issues.
Â· To update and maintain daily IR report and consolidate the same for monthly IR/ HR reports required to be submitted Senior Management.
Â· Liaison with various Government and Statutory authorities
Â· Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws and Compliances including formulating Processes, Documentation and Statutory Licensing Processes and coordinating for Gratuity, Bonus and Provident Fund.
Â· Manage and develop good relations with various government bodies; coordinating with various agencies for securing licenses.
Â· Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
Â· Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
Â· Demonstrated proficiency in policy development, documentation and implementation
Â· To keep the smooth relations with union (If union is there)
Â· Take the regular meeting of the Works committee
Â· Negotiations while Agreement
Â· To keep industrial Disciplines
Â· Issue the letters to late coming, absenteeism, suspension etc.
