Job Description

Talent Acquisition
Effectively partner with business in framing the hiring strategy
Interviewing candidates, shortlisting & releasing the offer within a target turn-around time
Closely working with Retail teams to understand the store expansion plan and support them with manpower requirement
Ensuring optimal usage of cost effective sources of recruitment like LinkedIn, Naukri etc

Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintaining a constant connect with stakeholders and partner in driving stakeholder engagement through proactive and structured interventions
Help career conversations and find suitable opportunities for internal role movements of talent
Handle grievances & concerns in a sensitive manner with empathy & bring them to closure
Ensure timely query resolution of employees
Escalate issues to proper authority as & when need arises
Track trends in employee concerns / behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback through FGDs to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.
Partnering with the HR Shared Services team for effective onboarding & off-boarding
Organizing monthly business town halls

Learning & Development
Partner with the L&D team for training & development as per business needs
Supporting critical talent in development and execution of their individual development plans

Performance Management & Recognition
Partner with the line managers to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions/ process to assess appropriate action
Effective implementation of the existing rewards & recognition program
Conceptualizing recognition initiatives for back end teams

Strategic HR
Aligning people priorities to business strategy and support in conceptualizing initiatives for business growth
Support in partnering with Business Leaders to solve organizational priorities through people-related solutions
Driving various HR COE projects at the business-level as per the business requirement
Support in conceptualizing and anchoring special projects for addressing business & HR priorities
Conducting surveys, analyzing impact of the initiatives taken and taking corrective actions
