POSITION SUMMARY

Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent for the organization

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Director HR

- This position works closely with all Departments in INSS and the business Stakeholders

Additionally, the following external relationships will be required of this position:
- TA Vendors

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Responsible for TA function, PAN India

- Ensuring TA process and compliance

- Business Partner role for TIS, Service and PS


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- End to End Talent Acquisition (PAN India)

- Support Business Managers on their resource requirements PAN India mostly by employee references, Job portals, empaneled manpower vendors and candidate references

- High end critical, internal/ outsourced/ direct/ contract to hire, ad-hoc and JIT requirements

- Manage hiring process, process job applications, screen applications, interview process
