Monitor the patient admission process- rooms and beds allocation
Monitor, error free billing transactions
follow up the daily OS (outstanding report)
Escalate payment defaults to management for resolution and follow-up
Monitoring proper travel & stay arrangements of International Patients
Maintain a good relationship with the Team and other departments
Monitor the team for all in-patient and out-patient services by being their one point of contact for all administrative matters
Make sure the team provide quality customer care service by faster queries resolution.
Appraise employee performance and facilitate team developmental activities
Identify the training needs of staff and feedback to HR.
Enhance team motivation and work towards inculcating positive attitude of team towards customers
Streamline and restructure people process related problems if any
Coordinating with corporate office for International Business issues
Follow up with team for Coordinating & managing all the correspondence pertaining to International Patients with respect to proper and regular documentation.
