Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with the EOS Leaders, Solution Analysts and act as a liaison between the IS teams and the preferred Partners (Accenture).
Improve the Development processes and technical functions through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
Manage relationships with high level business stakeholders.
Work with the Business Analysts, the functional teams and project managers to define the development request and optimize development resources utilization
Attend weekly leadership/project meetings to report on the progress and status of assign deliverables.
Partner with Solution Analysts and GIO BA to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
Ensure clear communication between Solution/Business Analysts and IS technical teams.
Hire, grow, and retain highly-talented and engaged employees. Review work output, maintain and execute development plans, and deliver routine performance appraisals.
Partner with local HR and finance team to resolve any team issues.
Challenge team members to achieve greatness in their work. Measure outcomes against a baseline and continuously provide performance feedback.
Partner with peer managers to facilitate rapid adoption of development best practices with meaningful and measureable outcomes
Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.
Ensure viable working relationships with Strategic Partners driven by quality and ontime delivery
Make and deliver on commitments to customers. Build a reputation of trustworthiness and quality.
Escalate work-stream and technological issues as appropriate.

Education & Special Trainings:

Bachelors Degree required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.

Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12+ years of professional experience is required in SAP ERP.
Min 7 years of experience in ABAP development, NetWeaver, iDocs and other SAP development technologies
Strong Object Oriented Concepts with relevant work experience on ABAP/Java.
Knowledge of business processes like PTP, OTC, RTR and FTS.
Experience of Agile development methodology will be preferred
Knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements
Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
Previous experience in a major role in large SAP ERP implementations or upgrade.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships required
Knowledge of Project management and development methodology is preferred.

Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills oral, written, listening, executive presentations
Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions
Demonstrated ability to guide the business towards optimal solutions
Demonstrated ability to maintain clear communication channels with IS and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to convert complex business functions into technical specifications
