Product Sales profile, having 3+years of experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets in Enterprise-Software Product Sales in the Domestic Market.
1) Achieving Business Targets set for a particular region, designated by the Sales Head
2) Employ Direct Corporate sales strategies to Promote and Sell products in the HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll/ PPM domain.
3) Plan across wide verticals product sales, in the SME & LE segment, for Software as a Service and On- Premise solutions
4) Conduct Product Demonstrations for clients, using face-to-face & Web-conference methods
5) Generate key market Information utilizing secondary and primary form for of research
6) Managed Accounts, of previously closed customers.
7) Managed Region specific campaigns, across online and offline media, Seminars and Exhibitions
Education : Preferably B.E/ Science Graduate with Post Graduate in Business Management/ MBA
1. Prior experience in selling Software Products
2. Functional Exposure in HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll Project & Portfolio Management software products
3. Relationship with CXOs especially, CIOs, HR heads, CTOs an added plus
4. Regional Preference- Western, Southern India- Mumbai, Bangalore
