Job Description

o Managing an existing team of semi-experienced sales executives
o New Business Selling to Key customer accounts
o Repeat selling to repeat account customers
o Sales training
o Developing existing sales executives
o Recruiting, training
o Motivating new sales executives
o Achieving monthly sales revenue target set
o Identify and develop new project revenue streams and opportunities.
o Liaising closely with operations and production team to execute the campaign.
o Attend events to meet and build relationships with key account exhibitors
o Lead from the front with business development
o Being responsible for generating performance advertising revenue from clients and media agencies.
o Using existing contacts to make an immediate impact
o Maximizing market share, winning new business
o To ensure monthly advertising sales targets are achieved
o Developing and growing personal client base
o Developing and growing the entire team client base
o Using current market information to analyses trends
o Making recommendations regarding Sales Plan and Strategy
o Respond to RFPs and customize proposals to win new business with multi-media sales managers
