Job Description

Ensure HR Partnering with Business as HRBP
Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy that is aligned with business needs
Conduct internal progression process like IJPs, IPDP (Individual Professional Development Programme)
Spearheading in implementing On-boarding Policy and hand holding for the new joinees and maintain complete record for On-boarding
Ensure compliance with HR related shop and establishment act specific laws. Documenting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, rules and regulations
Constantly improving and monitoring employee relations with team members in multiple roles, including writing, editing and operations
Ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of employees within the organization
Ensuring that staff training, and development measures are in place for career support
Scheduling performance appraisals and monthly review meetings for all functional & vertical staff along with their respective HoD
Monitor compliance of all requirements and time-lines specified in the complaint/grievance procedures
Heading the Employee Suggestion Scheme in the organization by organizing internal meetings, identifying best suggestions and rewarding the awardees.
Specific Point of Contact for MIS for the HR department
Preparation and maintenance of HR reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues
Ensure development and implementation of data-driven HR analytics from multiple systems to continuously improve critical HR Processes, enhance productivity and internal customer satisfaction
Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions & employee development
Manage company-wide communications for organizational announcements as needed
Assist with audits and maintenance of employee personnel records
