Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals, thereby generating business for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, engage and launch CBMs
Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs
Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
Experience and Preferences
Minimum 6 years work experience with 3-4 years experience in sale of life insurance products
Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members)
Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5 persons
Functional Competencies
Ability to impart knowledge in sourcing high profile distributors of insurance/financial products
Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls
Ability to guide CBMs on financial concepts with special emphasis on insurance products
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (excel/word/ppt)
