Coordinating with procurement team and vendor for registered office boards, cash safe, cash box, fire extinguishers.

Travel Management (Domestic & International),hotel reservations, Arrange conferences, Seminar & meeting.
Security Management / Vendor Management / Liasoning activities / Housekeeping Management.
Reporting Management (MIS related activities) / Project Management.
Repair & maintenance management.
Domestic & International Courier management.
Printing & Stationery arrangement and disbursement.
Verify & release payment for Telephone, Mobiles, Electricity and other miscellaneous vendors payments.
Annual Maintenance Contracts of office equipment record, bill processing of AMC vendors based on the agreement.
MIS management & Budget management
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 5-10 Years of Experience in Admin function
Good communication skill sets.
Attending and resolving customer queries and issues.
Should be independent, go-getter with ability to deliver under tight schedules.
