Should have experience in integration between ERP and Payroll application
Should have HR operation experience in India and International.
Should have worked on process improvements.
Capability to manage automations for HR operations.

Good in Proficiency to supervise, lead and manage effectively staff members
Should have technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
Team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
Collaborate with payroll vendor, payroll team to ensure validation of PF/ESI/PT/LWF monthly reports & salary register from compliance perspective for all FIS entities.
Guide location operation team for all FIS entities to manage and govern compliance issues including any inspection/audit by the government authorities.
Resolve all queries/issues from payroll/statutory compliance perspective.
Maintain annual compliance and benefits BAU calendar for all locations.
Coordinating with Finance team for payroll
Communicate with vendors & location HR on regular basis to discuss and improve service quality and to ensure timely deliverables.
Initiate and contribute towards process improvement as per team objective.
Provide training to HRBPs & HRSS members across FIS locations on HR Operations for smooth implementation of all polices and processes.
Should have good level of accuracy.
Good in Project Management & Quality Management Plan.
Good in Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
Ability to understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.
Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem solving skills.
Must be a self - starter have positive attitude and able to handle the work pressure.
Should know requirement allocation.
Should be good at multi-tasking, flexible, good team player and possess good leadership skills.
Should be good in Mapping and documenting all HR operation function processes.
Should have experience in WorkDay
Should have setup inhouse payroll module.
Should have payroll knowledge in India and Philippines and good understanding of India and Manila Statutory/Labor law compliance.
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects & activities.
Good in communication & problem solving skills.
