Job Description:
Plan & execute marketing campaigns for the domestic holiday business across ATL & BTL media including print, outdoor, radio, events and activations among others.
Drive demand at the stores and at the call centres with a clear focus to achieve the targets leads and queries for the business.
To plan and execute marketing campaigns and prepare and publish reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales/business data.
Work on CRM tools to mine and use data to drive campaigns.
Closely monitor lead and business numbers and plan campaigns on a regular basis.
Work closely with the regional sales teams across India to plan regional and local marketing for lead generation & to support the marketing requests of the teams.
Plan and execute non-traditional lead generation campaigns such as SMS push and e-mailers on regular basis across the branches.
To monitor competitor activity, collect competition data, market trends, new product information, pricing, and advertising etc.
Manage and drive the marketing requirements of the Corporate Travel business which is largely B2B driven communication - mailers, DMs, gifting and merchandising, events.
Manage the brand and marketing requirements for the Centre of Learning (COL) which is an institution offering academic courses and certifications will online/offline demand creation.
Work closely with the creative agencies to conceptualise and deliver effective marketing communication.

Preferred Profile
Academic background: preferably, an MBA or equivalent.
Having at least 3 years of experience with a background in e-commerce and digital platforms (wither established brands or start-ups) and proficient in business driven marketing and brand communication.
Excellent communication, creative and inter personal skills
Excellent planning and execution skills
Highly data driven - should enjoy working with numbers and managing campaigns
