ï�‰ Highly capable of independently managing multiple projects and operations from concept to completion as well as multi-tasking with sound skills in Negotiation with vendors.
ï�‰ Rich experience in the areas of Branch Roll Out from selection to completion stage, lease agreement documentation, logistics, site handover and administrative support.
Infra Management :
o Set up of branches from scratch, right from the stage of site selection, negotiation and lease finalization with the landlords.
o Managed delivery of new offices from vendors, conducted branch readiness audit and ensured smooth handover of the branch to business.
o Ensured all snags of the new offices were addressed and rectified on time by vendors.
o Cost Control and Ensuring Timely Implementation Of the Infra Project.
o Prepared Budget sheet for new projects for Management approvals and implementations.
o Empanelment of vendors for projects after verification and quality audit of their work
o Work for preparation of layouts of finally selected site, BoQ, processing of WO and then for process of final bills and vendor payments after final measurement at completion of site.
o Maintenance of infrastructure and facilities across all branches, (civil, electrical, & IT), addition/modification in the branches as per the business requirement
