No. of Position in each city (Delhi & Mumbai) Events - 1 Retail - 1 Activation - 1 Exhibitions - 1    Criteria of selection: Confident Creative Presentable Communication Skills Proposal / Presentation Development Skills   Roll & Responsibilities  To report to CS Managers in different divisions To prospect new clients by fixing appointments, presenting company credentials, taking briefs, developing proposals.   Regular followup with the new & established clients to achieve good business relationship.  Conceptualisation of new ideas / themes on client requirement  Designing Project Presentation for client pitching (in coordination with CS Manager) Developing Project Quotations (in coordination with Purchase Dept.) Coordination with creative team for creative development for proposed or ongoing project. Further achieving client approvals on it.   Campaign Supervision & Client Serving of ongoing projects (in coordination with Operation Dept.) Creating, Managing & Publishing Project reports during ongoing projects. Making Post Campaign Analysis Report on project completion and share with CS Managers for approval before sharing with client. Timely submission of Daily Scheduler & Progress Sheet on daily basis   Sty fund Max 10K per month Communication & Official Transportation extra.   Scope of Association Review after completion of 3 months. Based on the review, candidate will be re-positioned as Asst. Mgr - CS & BD with revised remuneration of max upto 20K per month. Incentive additional. Certificate of training in CS & BD Department after completion of 3 months.
